The Company's objects were to develop, construct, operate and own the North Sea energy island and carry out any activities connected therewith, including entering into relevant agreement and owning shares in relevant subsidiaries.On 28 April 2025, the company’s management placed its two subsidiaries into voluntary liquidation.
